HYPE TN may collect information provided through registration forms, including youth information, parent or guardian contact details, emergency contacts, program interests, participation needs, consent choices, and electronic signatures. We ask that users provide only information reasonably needed to support participation and safety.

How information is used

Information may be used to manage registration, communicate program details, support safe participation, understand program interests, maintain program records, and share future HYPE TN opportunities when permission has been provided.

Media permission

Permission to photograph or record a participant is requested separately from participation authorization. Declining media permission does not prevent a youth from participating.

Service providers

HYPE TN may use service providers, including GoHighLevel, to host forms, store submissions, and support program communications. Those providers process information on HYPE TN’s behalf according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Information sharing

HYPE TN does not sell youth registration information. Information may be shared with authorized program personnel and service providers when needed to operate the program, meet legal obligations, protect safety, or respond to an authorized request.

Retention and requests

Program information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for program operations, reporting, safety, or legal requirements. A parent or legal guardian may contact HYPE TN through the contact information provided in program communications to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable requirements.

Website data

The website and its service providers may receive basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. Embedded forms may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
